• I developed a vehicle tracking system. I created both the microcontroller software and the online portal where users can view the real-time location of all their vehicles, view all the locations visited between two specific moments in time as a cluster or see them on play back to see how the vehicle moved through out the two points in time, where you can pause, rewind or fast forward the locations.

• I developed an AI driven chrome extension that would gamify speech therapy sessions by using content from YouTube videos or eBooks to generate virtual Question and Answer Cards that would be used during speech therapy sessions to help children who suffer from speech impediments. I also developed an online portal that allowed the speech pathologists to monitor an track the progress of their patients on the app.

• 1) As Manager of Innovation and Software Solutions my duties included managing teams including the team that is working on a Learner Management System for Gibela Transport Consortium a subsidiary of the French Rail Company Alstom. I am also in charge of training of Software Developer Intents with 5 intents that I am currently training. In total I have 10 co-workers that report directly to me. 2) As manager I also created a dynamic Employee Organogram Diagram (EOD) system that allows line managers to view company's organizational structure and export, as a pdf, everyone that reports directly to them for their monthly department head count. The EOD system also allowed for the export of all line managers and everyone that reports to them, with each manager having their own dedicated page in the export pdf. The EOD system is currently being used by companies like Atlantis Foundries Branch (589), a subsidiary of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG. 3) I created a Performance Management Tracker that allows an employee and their line manager to define their Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and subsequent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use those the conduct reviews on that employee to determine their Performance Score and the end of the preset review process.
